Responsibilities
Partner with B2C or B2B stakeholders to define KPIs, track performance, and identify growth levers
Design and analyze A/B tests to measure the impact of new features, pricing changes, or marketing campaigns
Use Python/R to develop models for customer health, churn probability, or lead scoring
Build and maintain scalable data models in Snowflake and intuitive dashboards in Looker
Synthesize raw data into clear narratives for leadership, providing actionable recommendations
Requirements
4–7+ years in Data Science, Product Analytics, or Growth Analytics
Expert SQL (Window functions, CTEs) and proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling
Strong grasp of A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and causal inference
Experience with modern BI (Looker, Tableau) and Event Analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
Proven ability to influence stakeholders (like Marketing or Success Leads) through data
Preferred: Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
Preferred: Background in SaaS or Subscription business models
Preferred: Familiarity with Git-based workflows (dbt/GitHub)
