Responsibilities
Drafting and negotiating contracts (including change management) and overseeing contract execution
Claims management, including negotiations with clients and contractors
Preparation of project-specific risk analyses and assessments
Steering and controlling projects in collaboration with the technical project management
Restructuring, steering and controlling troubled projects
Project execution control, including developing solutions for construction-operational and contractual issues on individual projects
Participation in the preparation of cost estimates
Support in tendering and procurement processes
Establishing and implementing successful commercial project practices and developing effective cross‑project collaboration.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent knowledge gained through experience
Knowledge of contract law
Knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) and BGB (German Civil Code)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Structured thinking and ability to work independently
Business‑fluent German; English skills are a plus
