About the role
- Supply Chain Manager overseeing procurement and inventory management for fast-growing E-Commerce health company. Ensuring product availability and collaborating with international suppliers and teams.
Responsibilities
- Solicit and compare quotes from international suppliers
- Negotiate based on product formulations
- Clarify formulations and minimum order quantities with manufacturers
- Maintain an overview of inventory and orders
- Prepare demand summaries and forecasts
- Monitor production, shipping and arrival dates
- Establish a clear and structured data foundation in the inventory management system (JTL)
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketplace teams
- Ensure new products are set up in the system in a timely manner
Requirements
- Practical experience in operational purchasing, procurement or goods coordination
- Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented
- Strong understanding of order quantities, lead times and goods flows
- Experience with forecasting or demand planning
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems, ideally JTL
- Good spoken and written English
- Self-motivated, reliable and with a strong hands-on mentality
- A university degree is not required – practical experience is decisive
