About the role
- Licensed Professional Counselor providing supervision and therapy in a dynamic mental health clinic environment. Fostering creativity and collaboration for high-quality mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Assess client needs, create treatment plans, provide therapy, and maintain accurate documentation
- Supervise pre-licensed counselors working toward full licensure
- Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team
- Develop creative interventions to help clients meet their goals
- Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week (including supervisees)
- Coordinate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other staff as needed
- Attend clinical meetings and trainings
- Perform other duties that support the clinic’s mission and operations
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field
- 5+ years of clinical experience with LPC-MHSP-S licensure and supervisor training
- Proficient in completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to set healthy boundaries
- Comfortable working with diverse clients
- Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus)
- Ideally credentialed with insurance panels.
