About the role
- Data Analytics Intern supporting CX Solutions team in utilizing data analytics to inform business strategies. Collaborating on projects that improve customer experience and streamline processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the team and stakeholders to manage and surface new insights around the voice of the customer
- Perform established analysis for routine diagnoses of quality, use, cost and other variables to find new opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate existing digital products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT to determine the best solutions to enhance functionality and increase user satisfaction, solve member problems, and meet other goals
- Participate in the Agile Scrum process to ensure product solutions are fulfilled
Requirements
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship
- Enrolled in an approved academic undergraduate program in: Data Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Business Analytics, Quantitative Sciences or related field of study
- Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
- Knowledge of database technologies such as Snowflake and/or MS SQL Server is preferred
- Knowledge of Python, PowerBI, and Tableau is greatly preferred
- Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong preference for advanced Excel knowledge
- Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills
