- Track performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Support compliance processes and audits, ensuring conformity with incentivized project requirements (e.g., Informatics Law, R&D).
- Manage project budgets, financial control, and invoice tracking.
- Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for new contracts or expansions.
- Promote continuous improvements in processes, documentation, and management tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in technology project management, preferably with funded projects/grants.
- Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project and Jira).
- Solid knowledge of risk, scope, stakeholder, and budget management.
- Desirable/advantageous: PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Desirable experience with projects involving funding programs (e.g., Informatics Law, PADIS, ANEEL, etc.).
- Desirable knowledge of encapsulation (packaging) development processes.
- Advanced English preferred.
