Responsibilities
- Act as a specialist in software architecture and technology solutions, providing strategic support for high-impact projects;
- Define architectural standards, technologies, and development best practices;
- Conduct technical feasibility analyses and propose effective, innovative solutions;
- Lead initiatives to optimize systems and software engineering processes;
- Design, implement, and maintain medium- to high-complexity web applications, both front-end and back-end;
- Participate in the design and architecture of scalable, robust systems, ensuring continuous integration and reliable platform functionality;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improvements;
- Perform code reviews and share technical knowledge with junior developers and team members;
- Identify and propose solutions to technical issues related to performance, security, and architecture;
- Pursue continuous improvement through adoption of new technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Proven experience with software architecture, microservices, and scalability;
- Strong knowledge of React or Angular, and a back-end framework such as NestJS, Express, or Spring Boot;
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL;
- Proficiency in AWS and DevOps practices;
- Ability to lead initiatives and propose strategic improvements;
- Advanced English for technical communication and participation in international projects.
