- Knowledge of corporate law.
Requirements
- Law degree with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Prior experience as a Mid-level Attorney with proven experience in contracts;
- Strong knowledge of civil, corporate, and contract law;
- Experience in corporate environments or in-house legal departments;
- Good communication skills, organization, and attention to detail;
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
