Responsibilities
- Design adaptable agentic AI architectures that support multiple model providers
- Build modular and reusable components for prompting, retrieval, orchestration, tool execution
- Integrate LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines into production-ready systems
- Apply advanced prompting techniques and orchestration frameworks
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure correctness and business impact
- Optimize models and workflows for cost, latency, and reliability
- Develop data pipelines for ingestion and continuous refresh of data
- Combine text, audio, vision in unified processing workflows
- Leverage vector databases and retrieval optimization techniques
- Ensure responsible deployment of agentic AI systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with software engineering
- 2+ years of experience in AI or ML-focused roles
- Experience with an object-oriented programming language such as Python
- Experience designing and implementing production-grade generative or agentic AI applications using LLMs
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain
- Knowledge of data processing techniques for AI
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a CS or Engineering field
