Responsibilities
The SEO & CRM Analyst will be responsible for structuring and optimizing organic channels and relationship strategies with Edify's lead base, focusing on generating qualified demand and improving inbound funnel efficiency.
This professional will work at the intersection of SEO, content, marketing automation and data analysis, ensuring organic channels consistently contribute to inbound ACV growth and reduction of CAC.
SEO management and organic growth
Planning and executing SEO strategies (on-page and technical), keyword research, content optimization, performance monitoring and authority development (link building and topic clusters).
Analysis and optimization of the organic funnel
Mapping the organic funnel, identifying conversion bottlenecks, running CRO tests and analyzing page and content performance.
CRM management and marketing automation
Structuring nurture flows, lead segmentation, creating automated journeys and email campaigns with A/B testing.
Data analysis and reporting
Monitoring KPIs, analyzing channel and content performance, and building reports to identify opportunities.
Key KPIs for the role
Organic traffic growth, keyword performance, lead generation and conversion, CRM results and the impact of organic channels on pipeline and revenue.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related fields.
