Responsibilities
- Lead the structuring, analysis and management of technical documentation and regulatory requirements applicable to vehicle systems, acting as a liaison with headquarters and internal interfaces to ensure regulatory compliance, process integration, and support for global homologation programs.
- Represent the local team with headquarters, enabling technical alignments and regulatory processes.
- Serve as the interface with headquarters in engineering and homologation, and with global stakeholders.
- Ensure traceability, technical consistency, and fulfillment of compliance criteria required by homologation authorities and headquarters.
- Guide the team in prioritizing and executing Work Package (WP) activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Production, or related technical fields) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the automotive product development cycle and methodology, preferably involving global platforms.
- Experience in global projects or active participation in multinational initiatives.
- Fluent German is mandatory, with the ability to conduct daily technical alignments with headquarters and interpret procedural documentation.
- Advanced English for technical reading, documentation support, and additional international interfaces.
- Hybrid work arrangement in São Bernardo do Campo, SP.
