Legal Specialist supporting day-to-day legal tasks in Poland for international IT company. Collaborating with legal and management teams to ensure compliance and documentation flow.
Responsibilities
Support the Company in day-to-day legal tasks;
Draft, review and keep up-to-date standard legal documents (e.g. NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts) in line with Group templates and internal policies;
Support the contract lifecycle process and ensure proper documentation flow in accordance with internal procedures;
Assist in routine corporate housekeeping matters of the Polish entity (resolutions, powers of attorney, maintaining corporate records, filings);
Support HR and Finance teams with routine legal documentation within the assigned scope;
Monitor changes in Polish law relevant to the Company’s operations and inform relevant stakeholders where appropriate;
Assist with routine intellectual property documentation, including matters related to copyrights and IP transfer clauses.
Requirements
2–3+ years of professional experience in a law firm or in-house legal role
Practical knowledge of Polish corporate, employment and intellectual property law
Experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
Strong command of English (written and spoken)
Structured, detail-oriented and practical approach to legal work
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international environment
Russian language proficiency (Will Be a Plus)
Experience in an international group of companies (Will Be a Plus)
Experience in IT or software development businesses (Will Be a Plus)
Exposure to cross-border legal matters (Will Be a Plus)
