About the role
- Directeur Administratif et Financier & IT overseeing financial performance and IT strategy for a leading concrete product provider in France. Role includes financial supervision and team management.
Responsibilities
- Drive financial performance and support senior management in implementing the company’s development strategy
- Ensure the accuracy of financial statements, financial control and the structuring of support functions
- Oversee IT and telecommunications systems and contribute to modernizing management and control tools
- Prepare financial statements, monitor cash flow, and ensure tax and payroll compliance
- Build the budget, monitor performance indicators and develop business plans
- Lead a multidisciplinary team and optimize internal processes
- Manage the IT department and lead digital transformation projects (ERP, BI, cybersecurity)
Requirements
- Advanced degree in finance, accounting or management (e.g., Master in Accounting/Corporate Finance, business school degree, DSCG)
- Minimum 8–10 years’ proven experience in a CFO or equivalent role
- Strong leadership, rigor, strategic mindset and enthusiasm for digital transformation projects
- Professional working proficiency in English required (minimum B2)
