- Experienced accountant in financial accounting and compliance at SafeDriver Group. Managing various accounting processes and contributing to digitalization projects in hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
- Eigenständige Buchführung aller Gesellschaften unter Einsatz von DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen und entsprechenden Compliance
- Alle Rechnungslegungsprozesse monitoren und Kontrollen bei Geschäftsprozessänderungen umsetzen
- Verbuchung komplexer Geschäftsvorfälle
- Reviews im Rahmen der Vorbereitung auf den Jahresabschluss
- Mitarbeit bei Umsetzung komplexer Buchhaltungs- und Bilanzthemen
- Verantwortung für die konsolidierte Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung, ZM-Meldung
- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Vorbereitung der Jahresabschlüsse (HGB)
- Analyse von Kosten- und Leistungsstrukturen, Erkennen von finanziellen Zusammenhängen
- Prozess- und Schnittstellenverantwortung zu angrenzenden Abteilungen (Controlling, Fuhrpark, Operationsmanagern)
- Mitarbeit bei Digitalisierungsprojekten und Optimierung von Buchhaltungsabläufen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r, Finanzbuchhalter:in, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fundierter Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in DATEV (wünschenswert: DATEV Unternehmen online, CANDIS)
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge, idealerweise Erfahrung in der Beförderungs- oder Logistikbranche
- Analytische Denkweise, hohe Zahlenaffinität und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Strukturen zu durchdringen
- Selbstständiger, strukturierter Arbeitsstil mit dem Anspruch, Prozesse zu hinterfragen und weiterzuentwickeln
- Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
