Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development (L&D) department, including scheduling and maintaining records.
Update and organize onboarding materials, training presentations and internal guides to ensure they are accessible and up to date.
Assist with translation (English ↔ French) of internal documents and help create SOPs and guides to standardize processes.
Coordinate the Shadow Program and support onboarding logistics, training tracking and workshop scheduling.
Take notes during meetings and prepare summaries for stakeholders.
Support website update efforts and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems and processes.
Requirements
University student or recent graduate in human resources, business administration, communications, or a related field
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with administrative and coordination tasks
Flexible, resourceful, and able to adapt in an environment where priorities change quickly
Strong communicator, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment — not afraid to ask questions or propose ideas
Curious and solution-oriented — enjoys improving processes and finding ways to increase efficiency
Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and strong proficiency in written French (major asset)
Comfortable with digital tools, particularly Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive); interest in online learning tools (LMS) is a plus
