About the role
- SAP Basis Consultant managing IT solutions projects for Dräger. Collaborating with IT teams to implement and monitor SAP systems in cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead (partial) projects in the SAP Basis area
- Advise business units on the optimal use and integration of SAP systems into the global IT landscape, primarily in the cloud (BTP)
- Monitor system operations, including analyzing and resolving incidents and performing performance analyses
- Implement improvement processes and introduce new working methods and guidelines for system operations
- Participate in Incident, Change and Service Request Management as well as User and Access Management
- Maintain the product backlog and facilitate workshops to evolve user stories
- Manage and coordinate external service providers
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree or equivalent vocational training with relevant professional experience and further training
- Professional experience in IT solution design and implementation using agile methods, as well as in the operation of SAP cloud solutions
- Solid expertise in IT services and SAP Basis
- Business fluent German and English
- With an analytical eye and a structured, goal-oriented working style, you drive ideas forward and find solutions
- At the same time, you act as a communicative team player who is confident in agile environments and open to new trends
