Responsibilities
Test antimicrobial surfaces and materials
Further develop and validate a testing methodology for antimicrobial surfaces
Apply chemical and physical expertise to the conceptual design of innovative materials and surfaces
Independently implement a wide range of microbiological methods
Requirements
Enrolled in a degree program in Applied Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Microbiology (at least 4th semester) or a comparable field of study
Experimental skills are desirable
Ideally, initial experience with microbiological laboratory techniques
Enjoyment of laboratory work and documentation
Interest in completing your final thesis in this subject area
