Responsibilities
Designing, developing, and implementing infrastructure solutions based on Microsoft Azure
Managing Azure services such as Virtual Machines, VM Scale Sets, Application Gateway
Developing and maintaining disaster recovery strategies for mission-critical systems
Creating architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and operational guidelines
Leading and executing infrastructure lifecycle initiatives
Assessing existing infrastructure and applications for cloud readiness
Selecting and defining migration tools and methodologies
Defining and implementing a unified hybrid infrastructure strategy
Managing virtualization platforms including VMware ESXi, vCenter, and VSAN
Designing and managing backup and disaster recovery architectures
Implementing best practices for identity management, RBAC policies, and data protection
Requirements
10+ years of experience designing and managing Azure and AWS environments
10+ years of experience managing Windows Server environments (2012–2022+)
Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) - Necessary condition
Proven experience with VMware technologies such as ESXi, vCenter, and VSAN
Experience with enterprise storage solutions such as NetApp and Pure
Experience with enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam and NetBackup
Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Terraform, or Azure CLI
Relevant certifications such as Azure/AWS Administrator or Architect, Microsoft MCSE or Azure Solutions Architect, VMware VCP, or ITIL Foundation
Experience with disaster recovery solutions in both cloud and on-premise environments
Knowledge of container technologies and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Basic Linux administration skills across distributions such as RHEL, Ubuntu, Fedora, or Debian
