Responsibilities
Responsible for the user experience across all online sales and case management platforms.
Work primarily upstream in projects during discovery and scoping phases to identify the right problems to solve.

Ensure the quality and clarity of scoping deliverables (journeys, prototypes, documentation).
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager working on discovery missions, ideally in e-commerce or online travel, and comfortable with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro or equivalents).
Higher education in digital project management or a related field, with a strong UX/UI sensibility.
Proficiency in one or more prototyping tools for quickly materializing concepts (e.g., Figma or equivalent).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical skills, synthesis ability, and attention to detail.
Detail-oriented with a strong user focus.
Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary development teams.
Autonomy, proactivity, and a strong capacity for proposing solutions.
Curiosity and passion for innovation and new technologies.
Comfortable in English, both written and spoken.
Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and digital inclusion best practices is a definite plus.
