- Collect data

- Ensure correct implementation of tags using existing tools (Google Tag Manager, etc.)
- Perform testing, QA and quality checks
- Analyze customer journeys on web and mobile sites
- Identify trends, profiles and behavioral segments
- Contribute to the design of dashboards and automated reports
- Provide data-driven recommendations
- Work closely with BI/Data, Product, Marketing and Tech teams
- Stay informed on best practices for tracking, attribution and data protection (GDPR)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Web Analytics: strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for configuration, event tracking and behavioral analysis
- Tag Management System (TMS): experience with Google Tag Manager (tags, triggers, dataLayer, testing and QA)
- Visualization: solid skills in Microsoft Power BI for creating automated dashboards and KPIs
- Languages & data: knowledge of MS SQL, JavaScript and regular expressions (Regex). Python is a plus
- Governance: rigorous documentation practices, strong data quality mindset and GDPR compliance
- Knowledge of the Fabric environment is a plus
- Comfortable communicating in English (written and spoken)
