About the role
- Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant guiding Swiss clients in digital transformation with a focus on Microsoft 365 solutions. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic tech-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Beratung von Kunden rund um Microsoft 365, Modern Work und digitale Zusammenarbeit
- Analyse von Anforderungen und Konzeption ganzheitlicher M365-Lösungen
- Design und Implementierung moderner Kollaborationsplattformen (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online etc.)
- Entwicklung von Governance-, Security- und Identity-Konzepten in der Cloud
- Einsatz und Integration von Power Platform (Automatisierung, Workflows, Apps)
- Evaluation und gezielter Einsatz neuer Technologien wie Copilot, Viva oder Purview
- Durchführung von Workshops, Präsentationen und Schulungen
- Begleitung von Change- und Adoption-Prozesse
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Microsoft 365 Consultant, Modern Work Consultant, Business Analyst oder Projektleiter im M365-Umfeld
- Fundiertes technisches Know-how in Microsoft 365 (insbesondere Collaboration, Security, Identity & Compliance)
- Erfahrung in der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Kollaborations- und Kommunikationslösungen
- Verständnis für Information Management und organisatorische Transformationsprozesse
- Fähigkeit, Anforderungen strukturiert aufzunehmen und in praxistaugliche Lösungen zu übersetzen
- Souveränes Auftreten im Kundenkontakt – vom Workshop bis zur Entscheidungsebene
- Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise auch bei parallelen Kundenprojekten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
