- Take central responsibility for building and expanding our digital service offering — with a special focus on SEO strategies
- Close collaboration with the founding team
- Actively shape the further development of our business model
- Design, implement and continuously optimize SEO initiatives
- Strategically develop the performance marketing offering
- Conduct market and competitor analyses with a focus on Switzerland
- Work directly with our clients to define objectives and deliver measurable results
- Build processes and tools for campaign management and analysis
- Participate in entrepreneurial decision-making in coordination with the founding team
Requirements
- Several years of solid experience in SEO, ideally in an agency or comparable role
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to buy in as a co-founder
- Deep knowledge of the Swiss market — ideally residing in Switzerland
- Self-initiative, hands-on mentality and strong focus on execution
- Analytical thinking and confident handling and interpretation of KPIs
- Enjoy working with SMEs and building a new company
- Native German speaker (required)
