• Senior BI Analytics Analyst at Dexco creating data-driven insights and reports for decision-making. Collaborating across teams to analyze data from diverse sources and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain highly complex BI reports for executive leadership use;
• Analyze large-volume data, consolidating information from areas such as sales, logistics, and production;
• Use data from multiple cloud-based tables to perform analyses and develop reports;
• Develop and implement code for analyses across various company projects;
• Prepare and present materials in meetings with commercial leadership;
• Collaborate with various departments across the company to obtain information required for analyses and reports;
• Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field;
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and other programming languages;
• Experience with data cloud platforms such as Databricks for building and orchestrating data pipelines;
• Knowledge of KNIME Analytics, Alteryx, or similar tools;
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for dashboard creation;
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite;
• Preferred: Familiarity with GitHub for code versioning;
• Experience with modern data engineering practices (data versioning, CI/CD for data, etc.).
