About the role

BI analyst developing dashboards and indicators for fraud prevention at Dexco, focusing on innovation and diversity in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and enhance BI reports and dashboards for controls, risk management, fraud prevention and continuous monitoring using Power BI, ensuring reliability, performance and executive-level insights;
Perform data analysis, modeling and integration in Databricks environments and SQL databases, supporting analyses and control automation;
Build exploratory analyses, tests and proofs of concept (POCs) for new indicators, anti‑fraud rules and improvements to existing models;
Identify critical data components, rules and indicators that require testing, prioritizing validations and consistency checks;
Create, execute and document test plans for data, controls and indicators, proactively identifying risks;
Support deployment, versioning and continuous improvement of BI assets and data pipelines;
Prepare management reports and executive presentations, translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership;
Apply technical judgement to propose analytical solutions, monitoring enhancements and to prioritize requests based on risk and impact.

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field;
Hands‑on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance tuning and dashboard governance);
Proficiency in SQL and manipulation of structured data;
Experience with cloud data environments, preferably Databricks;
Background in Risk Management, Internal Controls, Compliance, Audit or Fraud Prevention;
Experience in process mapping, risk identification and defining indicators;
Nice to have: knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Python and Data Quality and Data Governance practices.
