About the role
- Abteilungsleiter Softwareentwicklung verantwortlich für die technische Verfügbarkeit von Windenergieanlagen. Leitung eines Entwicklerteams und Umsetzung agiler Entwicklungsprozesse am Standort Ostenfeld in Vollzeit.
Responsibilities
- Leitung eines Entwicklerteams in einer Remotestruktur
- Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Systemen zur Sicherung der technischen Verfügbarkeit der Windenergieanlagen
- Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung moderner agiler Entwicklungsprozesse
- Planung und Steuerung von Projekten: Roadmaps, Priorisierung und Ressourcenmanagement
- Förderung einer offenen, lernorientierten Teamkultur
- Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen und konsistenten Datenbasis durch Integration und Harmonisierung von Daten
- Beratung bei abteilungsübergreifenden Digitalisierungsprojekten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Abteilungen zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Projekten
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Tätigkeit in der Softwareentwicklung
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Softwarearchitektur und skalierbarem Systemdesign auf Basis von .NET / C#, Python
- Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines und modernen DevOps-Praktiken
- Kenntnisse aktueller Technologien (Containertechnologien, Testautomatisierung)
- Grundverständnis von IT-Security, Codequalität und Software Lifecycle Management
- Bereits Erfahrung im Bereich kritischer Infrastruktur von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes Vermittlungs- und Kommunikationsgeschick
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen und Führerschein Klasse B
