Responsibilities

You look after existing customers, conduct feedback conversations, and actively ensure their satisfaction.
You build long-term customer relationships and, through personal care, make sure customers feel well looked after.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in healthcare, e.g. as a medical assistant (MFA), registered nurse, nursing assistant, or a comparable qualification — career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome!
Enjoyment of personal customer contact and an interest in consulting and sales (career changers with healthcare or sales experience are warmly welcome!)
