About the role

Commercial Intelligence Analyst turning data into actionable insights for defense innovation at Destinus. Collaborating with teams to shape strategic commercial decisions through market analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

**What You’ll Do**
**Commercial Intelligence**
Establish a structured information flow to capture market developments and competitor activities.
Build and maintain detailed competitor analysis per product line, updating regularly.
Create a collaborative framework for the commercial team to contribute insights and share relevant knowledge.
Prepare periodic intelligence reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Analyze market trends and identify emerging opportunities or risks.
Support strategic projects, including new market entry, partnerships, and M&A related initiatives.
**Dashboarding & Reporting**
Implement KPI dashboards to monitor commercial team performance, linked to team and individual targets.
Develop reporting cycles for consistent and accurate data delivery.
Conduct detailed analysis of commercial data on an ad-hoc basis for the management team.
**Cross-Functional Coordination**
Work closely with adjacent teams to align reporting and intelligence outputs with business priorities.
Ensure tools and processes are user-friendly and scalable across the organization.

**What You’ll Need**
Master’s degree in relevant field.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities; experience in KPI dashboarding is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in commercial strategy, business intelligence, or consulting.
Familiarity with market research and competitor analysis methodologies.
Proven ability to design and implement structured processes for data and intelligence flow.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with BI tools, SQL CRM systems is a plus.
Self-driven, structured, and comfortable in a high-growth scale-up environment.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies.
