About the role
- Senior Integration Architect leading end-to-end Technical Integration Architecture for clients at Merkle, a dentsu company. Shaping technology design, modernizing landscapes, and guiding teams through IT transformations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Technical Integration Architecture from design to delivery for our clients.
- Drive implementation across technology platforms (e.g. CMS, DAM, PIM, PLM, ERP).
- Translate complex business and technical needs into scalable, high-performing architectures.
- Mentor teams and provide architectural governance across multi-application environments.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define strategies and roadmaps that align technology with business goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience as a Technical Integration Architect with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale integration platforms (e.g. Mulesoft) that meet business needs.
- At least one end-to-end integration implementations as an Integration Architect
- Deep expertise in Integration platform design, integration, and optimization for digital experience technologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in English. German is a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or electronics industries is a plus.
- Official Integration platform certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, etc.) and modern IT architectures(cloud, APIs, microservices).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
