Requirements
- Master's in AI, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 to 6 years of software engineering experience
- Experience with complex technical projects across teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with AI system design and architecture
- Experience with scalable machine learning deployment
- Experience with MLOps and automation
- Experience mentoring engineers
- Experience in medical device development is a plus
- Experience building end-to-end systems as a software engineer (or equivalent)
- Experience in one of the ML model development libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
