- Strong analytical skills using MS Excel, Tableau, Macros, and Access for data analysis
- Experience in leading strategic projects within consulting organisations or as an internal consultant or HR professional in large organisations
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality deliverables for clients or internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate significant experience in successful business development initiatives, relationship management, and strategic planning
- Strong project management skills in planning, governance, and financials
- Exceptional communication and people skills
- Ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels in an organization
