Responsibilities

Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and build business pipelines
Ability to translate and operationalise learning strategies
Experience in architecting comprehensive learning solutions
Experienced in managing learning vendors with internal or client teams
Strong analytical skills using MS Excel, Tableau, Macros, and Access for data analysis
Experience in leading strategic projects within consulting organisations or as an internal consultant or HR professional in large organisations
Proven track record of delivering high-quality deliverables for clients or internal stakeholders
Demonstrate significant experience in successful business development initiatives, relationship management, and strategic planning
Strong project management skills in planning, governance, and financials
Exceptional communication and people skills
Ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels in an organization
