Responsibilities
You will manage prominent digital brands.
You will keep track of deadlines and resolve potential obstacles to ensure projects are completed on time.
You will develop and maintain project roadmaps for clients to communicate timelines and milestones clearly.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
You will assist in creating visually appealing presentations that align with brand guidelines.
You will attend client meetings, write concise summaries, and follow up on outstanding items.
You will collaborate closely with other Client Partners to ensure client concerns are understood and addressed.
You will act as the link between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
You will take on internal, project-related administrative tasks (e.g., maintaining Zoho, project planning in Asana).
You will create and manage proposals in BC365 (our financial management tool) and support the signing and approval process.
Requirements
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in a client-facing support role
Strong organizational skills and confident project management — you can keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience creating presentation materials and familiarity with tools like PowerPoint
Basic understanding of marketing channels and strategies
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with project management tools and processes
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
Proactive mindset and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with tools such as Zoho and Business Central 365 or similar software
