About the role
- DevOps Senior leading automation and observability initiatives for a software platform in a collaborative environment. Aiming to ensure robustness and security of software delivering microservices.
Responsibilities
- Lead DevOps initiatives, proposing improvements, standards and best practices for the development and continuous delivery lifecycle.
- Develop, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins and integrations with Jira.
- Work on process automation and on creating and maintaining environments using Linux, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Support and evolve the infrastructure that serves a software product based on Java and React microservices.
- Ensure observability, monitoring and reliability of applications in production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, supporting decisions and providing technical guidance to other professionals when required.
Requirements

- Familiarity with microservices environments is desirable (Java/React).
- Senior-level ability to lead technical discussions, define standards and support architectural decisions.
