About the role
- ServiceNow Systems Analyst ensuring quality and stability of DaVita’s platform and defining QA standards. Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable development outcomes and platform governance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality and stability of DaVita’s ServiceNow platform
- Define QA standards and operationalize a standardized QA process
- Create and manage testing timelines, comprehensive test plans, and detailed test cases/scripts
- Perform functional testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Assist with the triage and resolution of complex incidents
- Support the operational team in enforcing governance standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, HRSD, or CSM modules preferred)
- Proven experience in defining or executing QA processes, including writing test scripts and managing UAT
- Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- A rigorous approach to testing and documentation to ensure “zero defect” deployments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and help build new processes from the ground up.
