About the role
- Accounting Officer managing recording of daily transactions and associated accounting documentation. Collaborating with auditors and maintaining document organization while ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities
- Record daily accounting transactions (AR, AP)
- Prepare and verify accounting documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Check and verify expense documents and reimbursement claims
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors
- Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting documents
- Perform other accounting-related duties
- Other ad hoc assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Accounting/Finance or related fields.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Self-motivated, result oriented, pro-active, fast learner and team player.
- Dynamic person, high responsibilities and working ability to meet the deadline.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good attitude.
- Good command of English.
