Responsibilities
You work on consulting and software development projects (especially Scrum and Kanban) with our clients from the Mainz office and remotely.
In close collaboration with our clients' subject-matter experts, you analyze their current needs and accurately document them as user stories and/or business and IT specifications.
You apply the appropriate techniques from your methodological toolkit, e.g., interviews, brainstorming, workshops, User Story Mapping, Design Thinking, or customer journey mapping.
You collaboratively develop excellent solutions with clients and developers.
You contribute your project experience in software development and software design.
You act as the central hub for information exchange, connecting business stakeholders, the development team, and management.
Requirements
You hold a completed university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
You present yourself confidently and convince through a structured approach, professional competence, and proactive, respectful communication.
You have at least two years of practical experience in customer-facing consulting, including agile project environments.
You are proficient in German, both spoken and written.
Ideally, you are already experienced with tools we use — JIRA, Confluence, Mural, UML, BPMN, and MS Teams (PowerApps and Workflows) — and bring fresh perspectives.
