Responsibilities
Growth & Partner Expansion: Driving Datapay’s growth through structured partner and channel expansion, including identifying, onboarding and activating strategic partners, enabling joint go-to-market execution, and scaling revenue through indirect channels aligned to Datapay’s commercial priorities.
Partner Prioritisation: Determining the priority partners that will deliver against our objectives and establishing formal agreements.
Partnership Management: Strengthening relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to deliver long-term value.
Revenue Generation: Driving revenue through new partner acquisition, account expansion, and increasing sales through partner channels.
Commercial & Operational Leadership: Managing pipeline and forecasting. Collaborating with technical and marketing teams to create tailored, scalable solutions.
Leverage Programs and Incentives: Orchestrate the effective use of partner investments programs to build partner capacity and capability. Ensure programs are well understood and executed by the partner organization to maximize ROI and partner profitability.
Partner Coaching and Enablement: Act as a coach and advisor to sales and technical teams. Increase their proficiency in selling Datapay
Leadership & Team Development: Contributing to the development of an energised high-performing sales culture by providing leadership and motivation to the broader sales team
Requirements
Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify market trends, act on opportunities, and build long-term plans.
Strong SaaS Background: Proven experience working with SaaS Products, ideally Payroll/HR related
Relationship Management: Strong ability to foster relationships at various levels, both internally and externally.
Commercial Acumen: Expertise in quota & budget management, ROI modelling, and commercial negotiations.
Leadership: Demonstrable leadership experience garnering commitment and support to new and innovative strategies.
AI Implementation: Utilisation of AI initiatives to bring value to both the business and customers
