Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end affiliate program, including onboarding, communication, performance tracking, payouts, and reporting.
Identify, recruit, and manage affiliates and influencers aligned with our target audience.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-quality creators, influencers, and partners.
Plan and execute affiliate and influencer campaigns (organic, paid, or hybrid).
Activate and enable partners with clear guidance, assets, and content ideas to drive promotion and conversions.
Experiment with new and emerging channels, including AI-driven platforms and creator ecosystems.
Track and report on performance across affiliates and influencers (traffic, signups, customers, MRR).
Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Paid, and Product teams to align campaigns and share insights
Requirements
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, outreach, partnerships, or influencer marketing (preferably in B2B SaaS).
Experience or understanding of SaaS funnels, B2B audiences, and performance-driven marketing is desirable.
Hands-on experience with affiliate and influencer marketing platforms, outreach tools, and pipeline management.
Comfort using AI-assisted tools and experimenting with emerging marketing channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English) with a strong ability to personalize outreach.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
