- Senior Manager driving digital transformation initiatives across CVS Health’s Digital Engineering organization. Collaborating with leaders to enhance operational effectiveness and promote a strong engineering culture.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of strategic transformation initiatives across the Digital Engineering organization
- Coordinate large-scale modernization efforts including platform evolution, digital experience improvements, AI adoption, and engineering productivity initiatives
- Help drive change management strategies that enable teams to successfully adopt new platforms, tools, and operating models
- Track and coordinate cross-team initiatives spanning Digital Experience, Platform Engineering, AI, SRE, and Integrations
- Establish mechanisms to monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across complex transformation programs
- Ensure leadership visibility into critical milestones, program health, and execution outcomes
- Manage the operating cadence of the Digital Engineering leadership team
- Partner with leadership to strengthen employee engagement, collaboration, and organizational morale
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program management, strategy, operations, or transformation roles within technology organizations
- Strong experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and platform teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and large-scale transformation initiatives
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
