Monitor engagement, respond professionally to messages/comments, and track performance metrics
Maintain and update website content to reflect current projects, services, and brand messaging
Create and execute mail marketing campaigns
Ensure all digital touchpoints are cohesive, professional, and on-brand
Maintain strong brand awareness across all platforms
