About the role

  • Analyst in energy efficiency consulting focused on Smart Building. Responsible for technical analysis, report validation, and data monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • The analyst will work in energy and water efficiency consulting, focusing on Smart Building, performance monitoring, and data integration. They will be responsible for technical analyses, drafting and validating reports, diagnostics and feasibility studies, as well as proposing improvements and optimizing results.
  • They will also verify data quality and the operation of sensors and systems, and perform site visits to diagnose faults, deviations, and opportunities for improvement. They will work with clients, suppliers and partners to align solutions and clarify questions.
  • They will participate in meetings to present results, diagnostics and technical recommendations, and support the management of multiple projects, schedules and deliverables. They will also mentor less experienced professionals, contributing to the quality of analyses and the team.
  • Finally, they will support continuous improvement of processes, tools and databases, and contribute to technical proposals and the identification of new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Passion for sustainability and energy efficiency, with a genuine interest in the technical aspects of the field.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop, deepening technical knowledge.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data critically and proposing improvements.
  • Autonomy, strong sense of priorities and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively across different areas.
  • Good communication with colleagues, supervisors, suppliers and clients.
  • Proactivity in seeking solutions, continuous improvement and the development of new approaches.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience in data analysis and Business Intelligence tools (such as Power BI) is a plus.
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in the area will be considered a plus.
  • Availability for occasional travel for site visits.
