Responsibilities
- Develop agentic workflows and execute agent validation and data quality tests across multiple environments.
- Write, debug, and maintain scripts for workflow automation, data validation, and performance metric reporting.
- Perform data connection checks and assist in resolving ingestion issues.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for data integrity concerns.
- Document validation results and maintain operational procedures.
- Collaborate with legal and data teams across global time zones.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of validation coverage and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in AI agent development, technical support, QA
- Core programming proficiency in Python, SQL, and API integration
- Experience with cloud environments (e.g., GCP, Salesforce, Service Now) for monitoring and deploying AI agents as well as methods for agentic development (e.g., MCP, A2A)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly across distributed teams
- Enthusiasm for learning and growth within a cybersecurity-focused organization
- Experience developing solutions in a regulated industry (e.g., legal, finance) is a plus.
