Responsibilities
Implement the enterprise architecture into the application architecture in coordination with other architecture stakeholders (Enterprise Architect, Data Architect)
Document the application architecture
Define development and ensure quality standards
Develop prototypes / MVPs
Design and develop solution concepts
Introduce innovative approaches to improve the development process
Train and support development teams
Support the creation of business requirements
Communicate the application architecture to other areas of the bank (business units, executive board)
Requirements
Completed IT-related degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics) with relevant professional experience, or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in a development environment as well as in the conception and design of complex software solutions
Strong experience in defining, documenting, and implementing architectural decisions
Highly developed analytical and conceptual thinking skills and excellent communication style
High quality and sense of responsibility, and very good team working skills
Strong willingness to learn and a keen interest in new innovations
Business-fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
