Responsibilities
Implementation of the CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module as a part of the Platform Team within our organization, with a strong focus on platform and platform enablement
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions on the CRM-Dynamics platform. Identify opportunities to leverage platform capabilities and features, as well as .NET development, to enhance customer servicing processes
Possess deep knowledge of CRM-Dynamics platform functionality, customization options, and integration capabilities. Provide guidance and support to the development team in configuring and customizing the platform using .NET technologies to meet business needs
Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and design optimal solutions using the CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module and .NET development. Recommend best practices and industry standards for system configuration, customization, and .NET coding
Stay up to date with the latest CRM-Dynamics platform releases, updates, and industry trends. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and improved customer experiences within the servicing module, utilizing both CRM-Dynamics and .NET capabilities
CRM Administration - manage the day-to-day administration of the MS-Dynamics CRM solution
CRM Development - expertise in customizing and extending the functionality of MS-Dynamics CRM
Data Management - responsibility for maintaining data integrity within the CRM solution
Requirements
4+ years of experience
Proven experience in implementing CRM systems, with a focus on the CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module and .NET development
Strong knowledge of CRM-Dynamics platform capabilities, including customization, workflows, business rules, and integration option
Proficiency in .NET development, including C#, and related frameworks and technologies
Familiar with event-driven architecture patterns
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable solutions using both CRM-Dynamics and .NET
Relevant certifications in CRM-Dynamics, .NET development (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer) are preferred
