About the role

• Business Analyst managing products and processes in the banking sector with focus on securities. Collaborating in an agile squad for customer needs and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Functional responsibility for products and processes within a banking environment.
• Advise the Product Owner on the further development of solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, requirement descriptions and user stories.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog maintenance, prioritization and release planning.
• Capture and document business processes and interfaces.
• Develop and execute functional test cases.

Requirements

• Completed banking training or a degree with a focus on finance, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in the banking sector, particularly in securities business or comparable processes.
• Experience in requirements analysis, process management and agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of testing and quality assurance, ideally with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ADOIT or similar tools.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and procedures in the banking environment.
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
