About the role

Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the budget and rolling forecast planning for one of our business lines.
- You report the monthly company results as well as additional KPIs to management in Germany and to the French parent company.
- You support Accounting in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
- You independently prepare business analyses to steer the business line and derive required actions for the specialist departments and management based on plan-vs-actual variances.
- Identify potential improvements and contribute to their implementation in coordination with the specialist departments and management.
- You optimize our processes and further develop the controlling and reporting structures as a basis for data-driven corporate management.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field with a focus on controlling/finance.
- Initial professional experience in budget/forecast preparation, KPI reporting, and P&L analyses.
- Excellent Excel and SAP skills and experience in BI reporting (Microsoft Power Platform).
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Analytical thinking, a critical approach to existing processes, and strong communication skills.
