About the role

Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and classify tax and financial documents
- Perform bank and accounting reconciliations, identifying and correcting discrepancies
- Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, and Notes to the Financial Statements)
- Calculate taxes (IRPJ, CSLL, ISS, among others) and file tax returns and ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, DIRF, DEFIS, SPED)
- Supervise interns and support the team in executing accounting routines
- Provide advisory and consultative support to the client portfolio
- Set up client data and parameters in the Nasajon system, ensuring integration across departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (completed or in progress) — candidates must be studying or have completed this specific program
- Previous experience in an accounting firm
- Preferred experience with various accounting systems (e.g., Alterdata, Protheus, and Nasajon)
- Must reside with easy access to Alphaville
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
