Je bent sparringpartner voor 1ste‑lijns management en vertaalt businessprioriteiten naar concrete HR‑acties met meetbaar resultaat.
Je ondersteunt managers in thema’s zoals performance, talent, workforce planning, teamdynamiek en wellbeing.
Je lost HR‑vraagstukken zelfstandig op binnen Savaco’s HR‑strategie, framework en policies.
Je leidt HR‑projecten end‑to‑end , zoals performance management, talent, reward, workforce planning of wellbeing.
Requirements
Je hebt een Masterdiploma of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Je beschikt over minstens 7 jaar ervaring in een brede HR Business Partner‑ of gelijkaardige rol.
Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met HRIS‑implementaties (bv. Dynamics 365 HR of gelijkaardig).
Je bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement.
Je bent projectmatig sterk : planmatig, methodisch, risico‑ en scopebewust.
Je bent ook datageletterd : vlot met Excel en Power BI; je kan KPI’s en dashboards mee vormgeven.
