About the role

• AI Solution Architect combining deep solution architecture expertise with hands-on experience in AI technologies. Responsible for ensuring successful implementation projects and best practices in AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and reference point for AI-enabled solutions within the organization and for clients.
• Work independently with senior stakeholders
• Lead or support end-to-end solution delivery – across both AI and non-AI projects – ensuring robust architecture, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards
• Support pre-sales and client engagements, helping pitch and position our AI solutions to senior level stakeholders
• Capture and share best practices in AI and solution design across teams and contribute to the continuous evolution of our AI portfolio

Requirements

• Experience in designing and building software solutions using modern architectures and technologies – including complex AI solutions, such as AI agents, chatbots, intelligent automation, AML and fraud detection or advanced analytics
• Strong background in solution architecture, with proven ability to design end-to-end systems integrating AI/ML components
• Practical knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., LLMs, NLP, ML pipelines, vector databases, model serving, MLOps) including security aspects
• Ability to design secure, scalable and reliable AI solutions addressing customer business needs and aligned with technical requirements
• Experience in leveraging cloud solutions with one of leading, public cloud providers: AWS/GCP/Azure
• Knowledge of modern architecture: microservices, containers, Kubernetes, Kafka, API management, event-driven systems, agentic systems
• Understanding non-functional requirements (security, performance, observability, resilience, and governance)
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration & Delivery, Agile principles, and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and engage senior stakeholders confidently
• Ability to support sales and offering development, creating proposals and solution blueprints for clients, and participating in workshops
• Advanced experience and knowledge across various aspects of IT, including networking, virtualization, identity, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, data management, budgeting, and governance
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or fintech is highly desirable
