About the role
- Customer Advisor managing commercial clients in insurance sector, providing expert consultation and leading company initiatives. Engages actively with key clients and participates in strategic discussions.
Responsibilities
- Independent management of our commercial clients (companies with approximately 50+ employees) in the composite lines (excluding motor, life, and health)
- Daily advisory support to our corporate clients on technical and professional matters
- Negotiation of renewals, tenders, and policy/coverage comparisons
- Preparation for and, when required, participation in annual review meetings together with the field sales team
- Active contribution to shaping the company within our OKR methodology — e.g., in digitization initiatives or optimizing internal processes
Requirements
- At least several years of experience with an insurance broker or insurer in the commercial or industrial insurance sector
- Solid knowledge in at least one composite line, such as industrial fire, commercial liability, product liability, etc.
- Completed vocational qualification as an insurance clerk/insurance specialist or insurance business administrator; alternatively, a relevant university degree
- Enthusiasm for actively helping shape Contrust’s future beyond client servicing and for personal and professional development
