About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic technical leader responsible for architecting and advancing the data landscape that supports Sales and Trade.
- Design and direct end-to-end data architecture for Sales and Trade.
- Develop and improve SAP and Palantir data models.
- Lead integration efforts across SAP, Palantir, Databricks, Informatica IICS, Mulesoft, Power BI, and APIs.
- Mentor Systems Analysts and Engineers in developing and enhancing data pipelines.
- Promote automated data validation and monitoring practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver innovative solutions.
- Establish and maintain data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Present solution options to business partners and recommend technology strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Architecture, or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Seven or more years of experience in IT architecture or systems supporting Sales and Trade.
- Leadership experience across SAP S4/HANA, BW/HANA, Trade Promotion Management, and similar platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or PySpark for data transformation.
- Experience with Databricks, Informatica IICS, Mulesoft, Power BI, and API integrations.
- Experience designing and improving ontology models and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Circana data models is preferred.
